We're a small, independent mushroom farm based in the heart of Norfolk. On our farm, we cultivate a wide variety of gourmet and functional mushrooms, managing every stage of the growing process. Our growing mediums are made from locally sourced, surplus, or agricultural and timber by-products, giving new life to materials that might otherwise go to waste.
