Carefully harvested and dried for the best quality. Simply rehydrate in boiled water for at least 20 minutes. Then sauté or simmer into your favourite dishes. 
 
30g of dried mushrooms is equivalent to approximately 300g of fresh mushrooms.
Please note: due to the colder weather, pink oyster mushrooms are not included in our pouches at this time. We look forward to growing them again in the spring! (Additionally, we have stopped cultivating yellow oyster mushrooms, as they are deemed an invasive species.)
